Refund policy

An order can be refunded if the order status is showing New Order and is not showing being prepared by the restaurant or merchant. Once the order is accepted by the restaurant or merchant and its status changes to preparing, the order can no longer be refunded.

Orders canceled before the order is being prepared receives an automatic refund for the full price of the order as well as any /all fees and tip. Orders cancelled after the order has been prepared, there is no refund.

The refund on orders cancelled before the order is being prepared is processed on the same day and may take up to 5 business days to process and show on the credit card statement.

Refunds are allowed on grocery items where the item is unavailable. Unavailable grocery items will be removed from the order and a new charge for the additional item is added to the original transaction on the same day or within 24 hrs.

Charges paid by the user for completed and delivered orders are final and non-refundable. The Drop has no obligation to provide refunds or credits, but may grant on a case by case basis, at the sole discretion of The Drop and or its restaurant partners.
